Our church

St Michael and All Angels church enjoys a wonderful hilltop setting overlooking the village of Wadenhoe, along the River Nene. In between the church and the village is an early medieval settlement site.


Our church is an important part of the village of Wadenhoe and forms part of the seven churches benefice of Wadenhoe, Aldwincle, Clopton, Pilton, Stoke Doyle, Thorpe Achurch and Titchmarsh.

St Michael & All Angels is a church which is the responsibility of a parochial church council duly constituted under the Parochial Church Council Powers Measure (1956) as amended, and the Church Representation Rules.  The Church is registered with code 628316 in the diocese of Peterborough in the Parish of Wadenhoe and the Parish is registered with Code 280316.  The PCC of Wadenhoe is a charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 2011. The church address is Church Street, Wadenhoe, PE8 5ST.
